Wound Care Symposium - Live at Boca Raton Regional Hospital
The Wound Care Symposium is designed to bring the bedside caregiver vital information that clinicians need in order to assess, monitor and treat a patient's wounds. Wounds are prevalent in all patient populations and education is the key to successful management. You will learn from a variety of highly skilled practitioners evidence-based wound and ostomy care. Topics include negative pressure wound therapy, venous stasis and lymphedema, management of the ostomy patient and skin failure. The program is designed to meet the needs of physicians, advanced practice providers and nurses, and will be applicable to a variety of practice settings.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:
- Discuss wound care assessment and differential diagnosis.
- Apply the principles of antimicrobial stewardship.
- Assess the management of lower extremity wounds.
- Enhance the management of patients with an ostomy.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be received by Friday, October 10, 2025 to receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $25 administrative fee. Registration fees are not refundable after Friday, October 10, 2025.
