  • Confirm your intent to reserve an exhibit. To reserve your exhibit, please return a signed copy of the form. Baptist Health CME reserves the right to determine a company’s eligibility to exhibit, based on the company’s products’ relevance to the practice of neuroscience.
  • Provide payment or proof of payment in process. Please refer to the exhibitor prospectus and application form linked above for payment information.
