  • Determine the desired radiosurgical effect in brain metastases cases. 
  • Appropriately select patients who would benefit from radiosurgery, drug therapy or whole-brain radiotherapy for brain metastases. 
  • Identify patient cases where radiosurgery for leptomeningeal disease is recommended. 
  • Recognize the upper limit on # tumors for radiosurgery.
