Perimenopause is a complex transitional phase marked by significant hormonal fluctuations that can profoundly influence a woman’s sexual health and overall quality of life. In this course, Dr. Jila Senemar provides a comprehensive, evidence based understanding of the sexual health concerns that commonly arise during perimenopause, along with practical strategies for assessment and management.
