Miami Cancer Institute Multispecialty Grand Rounds – An Update on Accelerated Partial Breast Irradiation

Multiple adjuvant radiation therapy options currently exist for women following breast-conserving surgery including standard fractionated whole breast irradiation (WBI), accelerated whole breast irradiation (AWBI), and accelerated partial breast irradiation (APBI). Dr. Atif Khan will help participants identify optimal candidates for APBI.

Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Hematology Oncologists, Radiation Therapists, General Surgeons, General Practitioners, Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Nurses,  Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Patient Navigators and all other interested healthcare professionals.
