Overview

Meningiomas are the most common primary intracranial tumors, and current treatments for patients with meningiomas are limited to surgery and ionizing radiotherapy. Evolving understanding of biological drivers and therapeutic vulnerabilities in meningioma has motived new biomarkers and new treatments that are being incorporated into clinical practice.

Target Audience

Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons and Radiologists 

Learning Objectives

  • Implement molecularly guided patient stratification and selection in postoperative therapy. 
  • Identify predictive biomarkers to guide meningioma treatment. 
  • Describe genomic, epigenomic and transciptomic biomarkers that can be used to guide meningioma treatment.
