COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for a discussion on “Unraveling the Complexity of Bronchiectasis: A Guide for Internists and Primary Care Caregivers” with Anas Hadeh, M.D.
Dr. Hadeh will discuss the burden of disease, patient risk factors, and comorbidities associated with bronchiectasis; review the diagnostic evaluation as recommended by society guidelines; and discuss other aspects of this disease.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Discuss the burden of bronchiectasis, patient risk factors, and comorbidities associated with the disease.
- Review the diagnostic evaluation as recommended by society guidelines.
- Describe the impact of pulmonary exacerbations in the natural history, clinical course, and disease progression of bronchiectasis.
- Evaluate the impact of airway clearance, antibiotics and anti-inflammatory therapies on disease management approaches for bronchiectasis.
