COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
Please join us for a conference on Unusual Vascular Diseases: Malformations, Anatomic Variants, Collagen Diseases with Eileen de Grandis, M.D. FACS.  Dr. de Grandis will discuss how to implement strategies to participate in more goals of
care and advance care planning conversations, deliver care to reduce suffering and improve quality of life for both the patient and the family and how to collaborate with the multi-disciplinary team to support end of life care.
