Neuroscience is a rapidly advancing field, with continuous developments in diagnostic technologies, treatment strategies and multidisciplinary care approaches for neurological diseases. The Miami Neuroscience Symposium presents a comprehensive, evidence-based educational program designed for clinicians involved in the diagnosis, treatment and long-term management of neurological disorders. 

The symposium addresses the full continuum of neuroscience care — from emergency neurologic intervention and neurocritical care to surgical management, neurovascular interventions, long-term treatment strategies and rehabilitation. Through expert-led lectures, case-based discussions and multidisciplinary panels, participants will review advances in stroke care, epilepsy management, spine disorders, neurocritical care, movement disorders, neuromuscular disease, neurodegenerative disorders and rehabilitation. 

In 2026, the symposium expands to a three-day program through the integration of the Miami Brain Symposium as a dedicated neuro-oncology track. This track will highlight advances in the molecular classification of central nervous system tumors, precision diagnostics, emerging systemic therapies, radiation strategies and practice-changing clinical trials for primary and metastatic brain tumors. 

By fostering interdisciplinary collaboration, this symposium will equip clinicians with practical, evidence-based strategies that can be immediately applied in clinical practice to improve patient outcomes across the spectrum of neurological disease. 

Learning Objectives

Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:

• Summarize evidence-based approaches for the diagnosis and management of neurological disorders across the continuum of care, including stroke, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular diseases and other complex neurologic conditions.
• Apply updated treatment guidelines and multidisciplinary strategies in the management of acute neurological emergencies and neurocritical care conditions.
• Identify advances in neurosurgical and interventional techniques used in the treatment of neurological disorders.
• Assess the role of emerging therapies, technologies and precision treatment strategies in the management of neurological disorders.
• Recognize advances in the molecular classification and diagnosis of primary and metastatic central nervous system tumors.
• Apply current evidence regarding systemic therapies, radiation strategies and practice-changing clinical trials in the management of central nervous system tumors.
• Integrate interdisciplinary approaches to improve outcomes for patients with complex neurological conditions.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received by Wednesday, October 21, 2026 to receive a refund of the registration fee, less a $35 administrative fee. Registration fees are not refundable after Wednesday, October 21, 2026.
