COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
This engaging Grand Rounds presentation, led by Eric F. Martin, M.D., will provide internists with a practical, evidence-based approach to the growing challenge of metabolic dysfunction-associated steatotic liver disease (MASLD). Participants will learn how to identify patients at greatest risk, apply noninvasive fibrosis screening strategies, and determine when specialist referral is warranted. The session will also review current recommendations for lifestyle modification, cardiometabolic risk management, and emerging pharmacologic therapies for MASH with fibrosis. Whether you are caring for patients in primary care or internal medicine practice, this lecture will offer valuable tools to improve early detection, risk stratification, and management of MASLD.

• Select evidence-based pharmacotherapy for MASH with fibrosis.
• Determine appropriate specialist referral and surveillance.
