Arrive On Time

Zoom conferences begin promptly, so please plan to join 5 to 10 minutes before the webinar’s scheduled time. The welcome slides with faculty, objectives, disclosures and text-crediting code information will be scrolling a few minutes prior to the start of the webinar.

How to Ask Questions

To ask any questions — whether about the presentation, CME text-crediting, or technical support —please use the Question-and-Answer box located in the bottom bar of the webinar. You will not be able to contact the faculty directly with questions or comments.

A CME technical support specialist is available in every webinar and can be reached via direct message from the chat box. Additionally, you can submit your non-urgent inquiry via email at: [email protected]

Use Professional Language

We ask that all participants maintain a respectful and professional tone when engaging in the Q&A. Questions and comments should be courteous, relevant, and appropriate for a professional learning environment.

Please refrain from posting disparaging remarks, debating the validity of the speaker or their research, or making insensitive, discriminatory, or obscene comments about the topic or individuals involved.

Offensive or inappropriate comments will be removed and reported to the CME team. Unprofessional behavior will result in loss of commenting privileges and/or exclusion from future activities.

Where to Find the Text Code to Claim Credit

In addition to appearing in the welcome slides, the text-crediting code will be spoken aloud before and after the presentation. The code will also be sent in the chat box every 15 minutes or so. Upon submission of your text, your transcript will be updated to reflect completion, and credits will be submitted to CE Broker for Florida-licensed healthcare professionals with an updated CME Portal profile.
