Confirm your intent to reserve an exhibit. To reserve your exhibit, please return a signed copy of the form. Baptist Health CME reserves the right to determine a company’s eligibility to exhibit, based on the company’s products’ relevance to the practice of neuroscience.
Provide payment or proof of payment in process. Please refer to the exhibitor prospectus and application form linked above for payment information.
