Neuroblastoma: Immunotherapy for Pediatric Solid Tumors

This course will provide learners with information on selecting tumor targets, passive and active immunotherapy and the challenges in integrating immunotherapy into multimodal therapy.

Target Audience

Pediatricians, Pediatric Oncologists, Hematologists/Oncologists, Pediatric General Internists, Family Physicians, Neonatologists, Emergency Department Physicians and Nurse Practitioners. 

Learning Objectives

  • Explain the effect of immunotherapies on adult solid tumors and the potential application and limitations of immunotherapy in children with solid tumors. 
  • Identify pediatric-specific immunotherapies that are both approved and in clinical trials.
