ForwardMiami Cancer Institute Multispecialty Grand Rounds: Personalized Cancer Vaccines for Patients with Melanoma and Other Solid Malignancies
Cancer vaccines can both generate new antigen-specific T cell responses and amplify existing responses and thereby focus the host immune response against tumor cells. During this grand rounds, Patrick Ott, M.D. will help participants understand the role of neoantigens and the mechanism of action of personalized cancer vaccines in the treatment of solid tumors.
