Miami Cancer Institute Multispecialty Grand Rounds: Improving Outcomes in Hepatocellular Carcinoma with Radiation Therapy

Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is a leading cause of global cancer death. Curative therapy is not an option for most patients, often because of underlying liver disease. Experience in radiation therapy for HCC is rapidly increasing.  Dr. Laura Dawson will review randomized trials of radiation therapy in HCC and will highlight where the largest role for radiation therapy is.  

This course is available in-person and via Zoom.

Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Hematology Oncologists, Radiation Therapists, Endocrinologists, Pulmonologists, Otolaryngologists,  General Surgeons, General Practitioners, Obstetricians and Gynecologists, Nurses, Social Workers, Patient Navigators and all other interested healthcare professionals.
