Obesity: Beyond Lifestyle and Bariatric Surgery
This course will provide learners with a practical approach to the management of obesity from the point of view of the practicing physician, and will explain the role of bariatric surgery and its impact on obese individuals diagnosed with diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.
Target Audience
Cardiologists, General Internists, Family Physicians, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Urgent Care Physicians, Obstetricians, Gynecologists, Physician Assistants and all healthcare professionals who care for patients who wish to prevent – or who have been diagnosed with cardiologic, vascular and or metabolic risks, disorders or diseases.
