Neil Messinger, M.D. Lectureship – Baptist Health and Our Future in Patient Healthcare: A National Destination in Quality and Value

Miami, FL US
January 29, 2018

One of the key strategic imperatives Baptist Health South Florida announced last year was for the organization to be a leader in providing high standards and evidence-based clinical care for our patients.  The goals of Baptist Health’s Clinical Enterprise Division are to decrease variation across our clinical areas and provide predictable, data-driven, high-quality affordable care. Baptist Health will focus on implementation of the new case management triad model and initiatives of the organization’s Evidenced-Based Clinical Care Council. The Council will focus on improving the continuity of care for patients after they are discharged from the hospital by developing processes that enhance communication and transparency with medical providers and post-acute care facilities. This new structure and leadership team will bring clinical standards and integration, care coordination, analytics, research, continuing education and quality control together under one umbrella to best serve our patients.
