MCI Oncology Academic Educational Series – Authentic Happiness: Change your Life
Forty-five percent of physicians experience at least one manifestation of professional burnout. The problem with burnout and work life integration were more common in physicians than in workers in other fields. Even after adjusting for educational level, hours worked, and other factors.
During this conference Reverend Escalona will discuss how becoming familiar with the research that validates the importance of happiness is important for physician wellbeing.
Target Audience
Oncology Nurses, Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, Hematology Oncologists, Radiation Therapists, Social Workers, Patient Navigators and other interested healthcare providers.
