The Required Annual Education for Credentialed Medical Staff course is required annually for all Baptist Health credentialed medical staff with privileges. (See "Who should complete this course?" below for more information.)

Target Audience
Who should complete this course?
- This course should be completed annually by all credentialed medical staff with privileges.
- This includes both employed and non-employed providers, including physicians, advanced practice registered nurses, physician assistants/physician associates, certified registered nurse anesthetists, nurse midwives, podiatrists, dentists, psychologists (intermediate), and allied health professionals.
- This includes BHMG physicians.
- Honorary and Affiliate medical staff members are exempt
Psychologists (Instructional Level: Intermediate) licensed in the State of Florida.
Baptist Health is approved by the American Psychological Association to sponsor continuing education for psychologists. Baptist Health South Florida maintains responsibility for this program and its content.

American Board of Surgery - Maintenance of Certification (MOC) - Accredited CME- General Surgery
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the learner to earn credit toward the CME of the American Board of Surgery’s Continuous Certification program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit learner completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABS credit.
Your participation information will be shared with specialty boards through the ACCME's PARS reporting system. Submissions are recorded in approximately 48 hours. You will receive an email when your credits have been processed.

American Board of Internal Medicine Maintenance of Certification
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 1.5 Medical Knowledge MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. Participants will earn MOC points equivalent to the amount of CME credits claimed for the activity. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.
Your participation information will be shared with specialty boards through the ACCME's PARS reporting system. Successful completion of a course examination is required. Submissions are recorded in approximately 48 hours. You will receive an email when your credits have been processed.
Through an agreement between the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education and the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, medical practitioners participating in the Royal College MOC Program may record completion of accredited activities registered under the ACCME’s “CME in Support of MOC” program in Section 3 of the Royal College’s MOC Program.
