MCI Multispecialty Grand Rounds – Immunotherapy/Radiation Combination Therapy

Immunotherapy has changed the oncology landscape and is being actively explored in combination with other treatments such as radiotherapy in a variety of tumor types including head and neck cancers. 

Dr. Schoenfeld will discuss the existing data and experimental approaches that are being tested to maximize benefit.

  • Summarize the data regarding the safety of radiation immunotherapy combinations.
  • Discuss settings where radiation immunotherapy combinations could be clinically beneficial and the existing data supporting radiation and immunotherapy combinations.
