Exhibitor Information - Head and Neck Cancer Symposium - March 9, 2019
On behalf of the symposium director and the Baptist Health Continuing Medical Education Department, we are pleased to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at our upcoming event.
Exhibitors will be provided with a standard-size booth space in the exhibit hall, which is separate from the symposium sessions. Each company is entitled to continental breakfast for two people on Saturday. The exhibit fee of $800 will be used solely for display/exhibit purposes.
To confirm your participation please complete the following steps:
