Important Notice Regarding Partial Credit and Attendance
Physician Assistants, Nurses, Pharmacists, Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists, Radiology Technologists
Credits have been approved on a session-by-session basis. Sign-in and completion of an evaluation form are required for each session (each day is a session) in order to receive a certificate. Accrediting organizations require that attendees remain in the symposium for the entire session, in order to receive continuing education credit for that day. Therefore, certificates for each session will only be issued to those that attend a session in its entirety.
 
Endorsements

This educational activity has been endorsed by the Congress of Neurological Surgeons as relevant to the practice of Neurological Surgery and meets the criteria for Category 1 Neurosurgical Credits as defined by the American Board of Neurological Surgery.
