2025 Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA): What On-Call Physicians Need to Know
All Baptist Health Medical Staff physicians with privileges and all credentialed advanced practice providers must comply with written policies concerning the provision of emergency care following the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Active Labor Act (EMTALA) and state laws.
This course is required at initial appointment and reappointment (every three years).
