Exhibitor Information - CVDP Symposium

On behalf of the symposium director and the Baptist Health Continuing Medical Education Department, we are pleased to invite you and your company to participate as an exhibitor at our upcoming event.

Exhibitors will be provided with a standard-size booth space in the exhibit hall, which is separate from the symposium sessions. An email will be sent to you one week before the symposium with the name of the room where the exhibits will take place, along with additional symposium details. The exhibit fee will be used solely for display/exhibit purposes.

To confirm your participation please complete the following steps:
1. Reserve space for your company by completing the Booth Form as soon as possible. Click here to access the electronic form.
2. Submit payment:
    a. Electronic payment with credit card. You will be prompted to create an account.
    b. Mail a check, payable to Baptist Health CME Department to:
