2026 Baptist Health Biomedical Research Symposium
The Baptist Health Biomedical Research Symposium will showcase cutting-edge advances in healthcare delivery, clinical practice, medical research and quality improvement aimed at improving patient outcomes. The symposium will highlight emerging evidence, innovative research initiatives and best practices across disciplines. The conference also seeks to strengthen multidisciplinary collaboration and expand participation in clinical trial networks, fostering greater engagement in research that advances patient care.
Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this symposium, participants should be better able to:
- Develop and implement strategic networking approaches that foster collaboration among clinical researchers, clinicians and academic partners to accelerate translational research initiatives within Baptist Health and affiliated institutions.
- Critically appraise and integrate evidence supporting emerging breakthrough therapies to determine their feasibility, safety and potential impact on patient care delivery within South Florida’s diverse and medically complex populations.
- Assess and apply emerging technologies and scientific advancements in oncology, cardiology, neurology, and orthopedics to enhance diagnostic accuracy, treatment planning and patient outcomes in community-based healthcare settings.
