COURSE DESCRIPTION:
The Miami Neuroscience Institute – Special Grand Rounds series features national experts with expertise in sub-specialties within Neurology. Experts will share insights on recent peer-reviewed publications, research findings, advances in treatments and emerging innovations.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Miami Neuroscience Institute Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Physician Assistants, and all others who care for neurological patients.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Identify and screen patients for neurological disease and implement evidence-based treatment.
- Effectively communicate within an interdisciplinary care team to delivery optimal neurological care.
- Address patient and caregiver questions and concerns regarding diagnosis and treatment.
