COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for the February Critical Care Grand Rounds lecture, a multidisciplinary conference that will update practitioners on type I cardiorenal syndrome, renal hemodynamics and heart failure procedures in the ICU.  

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Critical Care Physicians, Cardiologists, Surgeons, Anesthesiologists, Emergency Medicine Physicians, Nephrologists, Pulmonologists, Infectious Disease Physicians, Neurologists, Gastroenterologists, Hospitalists, Physician Assistants, Nurse Practitioners, Nurses, Respiratory Therapists, Pharmacists and other interested healthcare providers.  

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Recognize the root cause of type I cardiorenal syndrome.
  • Identify a modern approach to diuretic resistance.
  • Distinguish the underlying cause of renal hemodynamics in heart failure.
