COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
Please join us for a conference on Transformative Therapies for Sickle Cell Disease with Oladipo Cole, M.D., MBA. Dr. Cole will review the history of sickle cell disease and its clinical implications, and will highlight and discuss current FDA-approved therapies.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Internal Medicine Physicians, Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, Residents,  Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and all other interested healthcare providers

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

• Review the history of sickle cell disease and its clinical implications.
• Discuss current FDA-approved therapies as well as Gene therapy for sickle cell disease.
• Discuss costs associated with gene therapy and qualified treatment centers.
