COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Reducing pancreatic enzyme activity in the intestinal lumen below the threshold required for digestive functions is known as exocrine pancreatic insufficiency. Patients with this disease may present with a variety of clinical manifestations. Quality of life, and other complications related to malnutrition, bone density changes, and increased motility risk are among some of the manifestations of this disease. In this live course, we will identify the etiologies of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, recognize the symptoms of exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, and explain the impact and consequences of untreated exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
