COURSE DESCRIPTION: 
Please join us for a discussion on “Burnout or Psychological Malnutrition” with Mohammad Usmaan Bashir, M.D. Dr. Bashir will discuss burnout and its causes and impact on healthcare and Healthcare workers s; analyze a novel framework to conceptualize burnout; examine evidence-based strategies for alleviating burnout at the individual level; and reflect on the conceptual framework to develop an individualized action plan.

Internal Medicine Physicians, Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, Residents,  Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, and all other interested healthcare providers
