COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for a conference on “A Practical Guide to Cardiac Imaging for CAD, Subclinical CAD, and Microvascular Dysfunction” with Andrew R. Kohut, M.D., MPH, FACC. Dr. Kohut will explain the basics of atherosclerosis and coronary artery calcification (CAC) and discuss the limitations of coronary calcium scores (CCS), the differences between cardiac CT angiography and CCS, whether there’s a role for nuclear stress testing in the modern era, and the future of cardiac imaging.
