COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for “Catching Some zzzzz's” with Allison Ferris, M.D., FACP. Dr. Ferris will describe the pathophysiology of sleep and offending agents that disrupt sleep, apply a proper sleep history as part of diagnosis, identify the role of CBT in the treatment of insomnia and review the pharmacologic options for treatment including their pros and cons.
