COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Please join us for a discussion on intermediate risk: “The ABCs of Lipoproteins” with Heather M. Johnson, M.D., M.S., MMM, FAHA, FACC, FASPC. Dr. Johnson will review the role of lipoprotein(a), apolipoprotein B, and non-HDL cholesterol as cardiovascular disease risk factors, differentiate screening recommendations and methods in lipoprotein measurement and discuss current lipoprotein treatment options for cardiovascular disease risk reduction.
