COURSE DESCRIPTION:
This regularly scheduled conference series will provide interdisciplinary updates on new advances in hospital medicine. Designed for the busy clinical hospitalist, the lectures will review recent updates and provide high-yield clinical information to help guide patient care.
Hospitalists who attend will increase awareness and knowledge of the current guidelines and recommendations for treatment of the disease states and conditions listed as the core competencies in hospital medicine as defined by the Society of Hospital Medicine.  
 

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Hospitalists, Internists, family practitioners, nurses, advance practice practitioners and any other interested healthcare provider.

This is an invite only conference.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:

  • Implement current guidelines and recommendations for the core competencies in hospital medicine as identified by the Society for Hospital Medicine.
  • Analyze and assess current literature in hospital medicine.
