The role of radiation in the management of liver tumors has been expanding rapidly.  Improved technical capabilities have permitted safe delivery of potentially ablative doses of radiation for liver tumors. Protons have a distinct physical advantage over standard photon-based radiation.

Radiation Oncologists, Medical Oncologists, Oncology Surgeons and Radiologists

  • Identify and describe the data supporting radiation in primary liver tumors.
  • Assess data in order to implement appropriate radiation treatment for hepatic metastases.
