COURSE DESCRIPTION:

Course overview    Please join us for a conference, “The Interventional Migrainist: Endovascular Treatments for Refractory Headache,” presented by Ehizele Osehobo, M.D., MSc. Dr. Osehobo will review current concepts in migraine pathophysiology and evaluate the evidence supporting intra-arterial lidocaine infusion as a treatment strategy for refractory headache. Dr. Osehobo will also discuss safety considerations, clinical applications, and future directions in endovascular headache management. Participants will gain an evidence-based perspective on the evolving role of these interventions and their potential impact on patient care.
