Baptist Health Medical Group: Evaluation and Management Provider Onboarding Documentation Course
This course provides Baptist Health Medical Group practitioners with requirements for accurate Evaluation and Management (E&M) documentation and coding to meet requirements and adhere to CMS guidance. Completion of Inpatient module is required for providers of inpatient service. Completion of Outpatient module is required for providers of outpatient services. Both modules require a passing score of 75% or higher. This course is an onboarding requirement for Baptist Health Medical Group healthcare providers.

Baptist Health Medical Group Physicians, Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.

- Accurately identify the required documentation for the CMS determined key components and contributing factors that support the E&M level for patient visits in both the outpatient and inpatient setting.
