Baptist Health GME Faculty Development e-Learning Series

The Baptist Health Graduate Medical Education (GME) Faculty Development e-Learning Series provides fundamental education for faculty who teach residents and fellows. Our goal is to provide a shared understanding of the delivery of GME education among the faculty. To this end we have developed an evidence-based curriculum that leverages real-world experience to provide educators with a range of lessons learned, tools and a framework for delivering meaningful and impactful GME education.

Target Audience

Graduate Medical Education faculty and all other interested healthcare professionals.

Learning Objectives

  • Develop education that transfers knowledge, skills and behaviors to advance medical residents’ and fellows’ care of patients through meaningful and impactful GME.
  • Explain the most up-to-date, best-practice methods for developing and delivering GME education.
