COURSE DESCRIPTION:  

Please join us for a conference on “Vision Loss as a Neurologic Emergency: Recognizing Critical Diagnoses” with Pablo Ravenna, M.D. Dr. Ravenna will differentiate acute neurologic causes of vision loss from non-urgent ophthalmologic conditions using key clinical patterns and localization, identify critical neuro-ophthalmic diagnoses that require urgent evaluation and intervention to prevent permanent vision loss or neurologic morbidity, and apply a structured, clinically practical approach to the evaluation of acute vision loss, including appropriate use of neuroimaging and laboratory testing.

Internal Medicine Physicians, Neurologists, Pharmacists, Physician Assistants, Residents, Advanced Practice Registered Nurses, Medical Students, and all other interested healthcare providers

LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
