Living with Change and Transition

MIami, FL US
January 2, 2018

There is a great, grave distinction between change and transformation. Change refers to adaptation, reaction, whereas, transformation is the true destination of transition. Evidence has shown that change is a constant in healthcare and that ongoing change has detrimental effects on well-being akin to those experienced by grievers. Understanding the effects of change and employing effective change management skills are crucial to healthy stress management. This course will equip learners to manage change and transitions in a manner that will lead to transformation. Participants will understand and manage environmental changes in order to maintain their well-being and deliver optimal patient care.
