Instructions - Medical Staff
This course is required for initial credentialing and reappointment for all Baptist Health facilities. A certificate of completion should be submitted to Credentialing@BaptistHealth.net.
If you are a BHSF employee and have completed the Annual Required Education (ARE), you are not required to take this course and may submit your course certificate from Baptist Health University (BHU) to Credentialing@BaptistHealth.net in lieu of the Certificate of Completion.

Instructions - Office Staff
This course is required in order for physician office staff to obtain access to BHSF clinical systems. A certificate of completion should be submitted to the Physician Allied Health Liaison (PAHL) team, along with a copy of the signed Safeguards form.
Bethesda Office Staff members should submit their certificate to the Bethesda IT department.

- Summarize how you can safeguard and protect patient information to prevent unauthorized access, use and disclosure.
