COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Changes within the educational environment have demanded attentive and active participation by many hospitalists. During this conference series hospitalist will review currently literature in hospital medicine. Hospitalist will increase awareness and knowledge of the current guidelines and recommendations for the core competencies in hospital medicine.
TARGET AUDIENCE:
Hospitalists, Internists, family practitioners, nurses, advance practice practitioners and any other interested healthcare provider.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
- Implement current guidelines and recommendations for the core competencies in hospital medicine as identified by the society for hospital medicine.
- Analyze and assess current literature in hospital medicine.
