Miami Neuroscience Symposium Online

We are excited to announce that the Miami Neuroscience Symposium Online course offers an excellent opportunity to highlight your company’s products and services in a convenient online setting, and we would love for you to participate and promote your company.

The course will release by November 12, 2020 and will include a dynamic list of faculty and excellent educational content. As an exhibitor, you will have the opportunity to post your exhibit on our dedicated website in order to amplify your branding, and connect with a national and international audience of neurologists, neurosurgeons, critical care physicians, intensivists, interventional radiologists, diagnostic radiologists, neuroscience nurses and other healthcare professionals who care for neuroscience patients.

Attendees of the online course will have access to the Exhibit Hall on our website. Your exhibit will be available for a designated amount of time, which is based on your level of support.

  • Exclusive Opportunities – Terms and Restrictions: Expenses incurred and coordination required for advertising opportunities will be the responsibility of the company. Examples include, but are not limited to, hanging a banner or sign (e.g., installation and/or rigging by hotel); printing of materials (company advertisements); and special requests.
  • Printed Messages – NOT Allowable – may NOT use language or terms such as “presented during,” “presented in conjunction with,” “preceding,” “prior to,” “following,” “live from,” or statements similar in nature.
  • Permissions/Artwork must be approved by the CME provider prior to printing.
  • Commercial interest recognition will be by company name without logo unless specifically noted that logo will be used.
