COURSE DESCRIPTION:
One of the common challenges of advance practice providers is the lack of oncology specific education.  During this conference series APP’s  will learn how to effectively, consistently  and accurately diagnose, treat and manage various hematological and oncological diseases. As well as recommend a treatment regimen and minimize side effects.

TARGET AUDIENCE:
Medical Oncologists, Radiation Oncologists, General Surgeons, Pathologists, Radiologists, Physician Assistants, ARNP’s, Nurses, Pharmacists, Respiratory Therapists, Patient Care Facilitators and all Personnel involved in the care of the hematology cancer patient.
 
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES:

  • Effectively and consistently diagnose, treat and manage various hematological and oncological diseases.
  • Implement accurate drug regimen recommendations and management of drug side effects.
